About Help Me See Myself

Help Me See Myself

Samantha Ayers (She/Her) created Help Me See Myself for her Girl Scout Gold Award Project, which is the highest award in Girl Scouting. The site strives to offer representation and role models by asking LGBTQ+ adults questions created by LGBTQ+ youth

Samantha has been a Girl Scout for the past nine years, and openly bisexual for the past six years. She is incredibly passionate about LGBTQ+ representation, and wants to show teens like her that there is a life after high school.

When she is not volunteering in her community or cooking, she can be found working towards a degree in communications at Shoreline Community College.
